Q. Is paying my taxes online, safe?
A:   Making payments online is actually safer and more dependable than paying by mail. This system uses cutting-edge encryption technology to ensure that only those approved by you can have access to your confidential information.
   
Q.   What form of payment can I use online?
A:   Payments are made by credit cards only. The credit cards that are acceptable are MasterCard, NCB Keycard and Visa.
     
Q.   How do I know that my payment was made?
A:   After completing the payment process, a confirmation page with a corresponding confirmation number will be displayed. You are encouraged to print this page for your records. The confirmation number should be recorded, as this is the means by which your transaction will be traced.
     
Q.   Can I reprint my confirmation page after I have logged out?
A:   a. The confirmation page cannot be accessed after you have logged out of the system.
b. Please contact the nearest Collectorate to arrange for an official receipt.
     
Q.   How will I know if my payment was received before the bill due date?
A:   Your bill payment should be made prior to the date the bill is due. The date printed on the confirmation page is recognized as the date of payment.

Q.   Can I make payments without a user name and password?
A:   You will be required to register on the portal before you can make payments.
     
Q.   I cannot log on to the Tax Portal Home page.
A:   The network connection with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or with Fiscal Services Limited (FSL) may be down. Please ensure that you have logged on to the Internet through your ISP.
     
Q.   What does the response "Transaction Failed" means?
A:   a. Your bank has declined the card.
b. The system does not support your card e.g. Keycard, American Express & Discover.
c. The credit card number was entered incorrectly.
d. The credit card expiry date was entered incorrectly.
     
Q.   Why can't I pay my taxes?
A:   a. The bank has declined the card.
b. The credit card number was entered incorrectly.
c. The credit card expiry date was entered incorrectly.
     
Q.   What do I do when my session has expired?
A:   Please login again.
     
Q.   What do I do if the system goes down during the payment of a transaction?
A:   a. Please contact the Tax Administration Help desk to confirm if your payment was received at 1-888-TAXHELP (1-888-829-4357).
b. Please confirm with your bank that payment has been processed.
     
Q.   I e-Paid my taxes but I am still seeing the amount as outstanding?
A:   a. The transaction may not have been processed.
b. The database may not have been updated. Please wait 24hrs to verify.
c. Please contact the Tax Administration Help desk to confirm if your payment was received at 1-888-TAXHELP (1-888-829-4357).
     
Q.   If I am in the middle of a payment and it is taking long, can I stop the process and start over?
A:   The process is very quick (almost instantaneous), so there will be no need for you to want to start over. We ask that you stay online until the process is complete.
     
Q.   Can I view my payments that were made previously and if so, how far back?
A:   You will NOT be able to view your payments that were previously made online. You can however, request a statement from the Tax Administration Help desk at 1-888-TAXHELP (1-888-829-4357).
     
Q.   Does my login and password have an expiration date?
A:   The user login and password does NOT have an expiration date.
