- Click on the Download Forms Link
- Click on the form you wish to download.
- A file Download Window will appear asking if you would like to "Open" the file or "Save"
- If you choose OPEN, the form will be displayed automatically.
- Choosing the SAVE option will allow you to save the Form on your computer in the location specified by you.
If you choose the option to save the form, You will be notified when the download has been completed, click OPEN and the form will be displayed |

Application to download the form.

- If you choose OPEN, the TCC application form will be displayed automatically.
- Choosing the SAVE option will allow you to save the TCC Application Form on your computer in the location specified by you.
If you choose the option to save the application, You will be notified when the download has been completed, click OPEN and the application form will be displayed
- Complete the Application Form
- When you have completed the form, click on File from the Menu bar and select "Send EXE"
- Enter the email address of the collectorate you desire to pick up TCC, within 24 hours of request. A link must should be placed here for the email addresses of the collect orate
- Then click Send.
